Our garlic cloves are now tucked into their soil beds to patiently await spring! Chet’s brother, JR, from Anthem, AZ, was here at the farm for two weeks to help get the job done! It is not officially winter yet, but our low temperatures of 15 to 20 degrees lately sure feel wintry!

Monday, August 15th, 2011We are thankful for a successful garlic harvest this year! All our garlic was harvested by the third week in July and is now hanging to dry in the garlic shed. A big THANK YOU to our family and friends who came to help get the job done! We are NOW READY to ship garlic!
