Our Certified Organic garlic is a gourmet delight, for your eating pleasure! These bulbs are approximately 1 1/2″ – 1 3/4″ in diameter – smaller than the bulbs we recommend for planting.

Inchelium Red Garlic (Artichoke, softneck)
Our most productive garlic because of the numerous cloves in each bulb. Has won taste tests at the Rodale kitchen. Inchelium Red has less heat than our other varieties. Good raw, cooked, and baked!

Shantung Purple Garlic
(Turban, hardneck that may grow softneck in mild climate) Most of our Shantung Purple grows as a softneck. Our earliest and one of our prettiest garlics, with lots of color. Good flavor, with some heat. Our favorite in salad dressings!
